LIL' SK8R Party!

Our Lil' Man turned Four in May!
We celebrated with a Lil' SK8R Party!

One of my favorite elements was the Happy Birthday Banner!
I designed it and the little ones helped me trim and string it on the ribbon.

Party Favors!

We chose pinwheels and bubbles as part of the party favors.
I attached a favor tag to the pinwheels.
I had seen this bubble idea and I thought it was adorable!
I made the label and wand, and filled the container with homemade bubbles.
(Lesson Learned: in the future I will simply find a store bought bottle of bubbles that will fit into the container)

The cookies were also part of the party favors!
I worked with Jess of pen n' paper flowers to create the little skater silhouette.
I love how it turned out!
I designed a bag topper with the silhouette to seal the bag and keep the cookies fresh.

The Marshmallow Pops were a quick and fun addition!

Yummy cookies and cupcakes!

The favor bags!

I designed the tag and printed it on sticker paper!

The Children's Table!

Invitation!

I love to involve my little ones in the whole process of designing their parties!
They enjoy it as much as I do! (well maybe almost as much)
They like to brainstorm ideas and help put it all together.
I love how excited they become and how special they feel!
This little man requested his picture and skateboards be on his invitations.
Together we designed his invites!

The Snack Table!

Jackson really wanted party hats and balloons at his party.
I made these little hats and added a tag. They were cute, but I didn't quite figure out the trick for keeping the elastic string from coming off...lots of staples and tape didn't work.
I would love your ideas for keeping the string on the party hats!(pretty please)

The snack table consisted of foods that matched the color scheme.
I designed little food labels to pull the table together.

The Lil' SK8R and his Sweet Sister!

The party was at The Toy Factory!
This was the second year in a row that we have had the lil' man's party there!
Remember the Wild Animal Party?
The Toy Factory is a great location for a party!
I love the blank canvas that allows for any theme or color to look amazing.
The kids enjoy the variety and selection of toys.
I also enjoy the fact that I don't have to clean the house before and after the party :)

Have a Marvelous Monday!
